L’heure d’été,
The season when the breath of time changes
#End of French Summer Time
The clocks of France take a quiet breath twice every year.
At the tail end of March, when the Parisian dawn is still cold —
People sleep as if nothing has changed,
Yet time subtly moves forward, stretching the day a little longer.
And now, it is October.
Time is set back once more —
Into l’heure d’hiver, the winter hour.
